Friends of Venezuela:
The Venezuelan Consulate is inviting the community to two films on Venezuela, BOTH FREE admission at the Carlton Cinema (20 Carlton St.)
Wed. April 18th at 7 pm they will be showing "El Caracazo" - this film is about the first popular uprising that took place in the world against globalization and the neo-conservative policies of the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and Washington. It was the very source of the Bolivarian Revolution.
Thursday, 19 of April, at 7 Pm they will be showing another film on the Venezuelan revolution called "The Invisible Children".
