Six Years of Popular Struggle In Venezuela and Latin America:
An evening with Jorge Martin, International Secretary of Hands Off Venezuela.

Jorge Martin has been involved in the solidarity movement with Venezuela from the very start of revolutionary developments in that nation and was a founding member of the internationally based Hands Off Venezuela organization. He has been actively involved in grass roots organizing in Venezuela, including with its occupied factory movement. He has also traveled as a political activist/journalist throughout Latin America, including in Cuba, and has written extensively on political developments throughout the continent. The Portland Central America Solidarity Committee is proud to sponsor this rare opportunity to learn more about recent developments in Venezuela and Latin America as well as share the lessons of how these struggles can inform our own challenges in the US.
