Hi All,
There is a brand new HOV society being set up within the Univeristy of
London, aiming to cover all the affiliated colleges (LSE, Birkbeck, UCL,
SOAS, etc.) We are having a planning meeting this Thursday, 16th Nov, at
7.45pm in the Birkbeck SU bar, which is on the 4th floor of the main
building on Malet Street.
As we want the society to be fully democratic, it is important to have
participation right from the start. We will be discussing our constitution
and aims for the year, as well as electing positions including President,
Treasurer and Secretary. Please do come along if you are interested in
getting invovled, helping out, or if you just have any ideas to raise. You
don't have to be a student to get involved, nor do you have to formally
commit yourself to anything.
