C.C. Campbell-Rock on Venezuela Generates Enthusiasm

On Friday, February 24, C.C. Campbell-Rock, editor of the newspaper, San Francisco BayView, a paper based in the African American community of San Francisco, gave an inspiring description of her experiences in Venezuela where she went to attend the World Social Forum.  On Friday, February 24, C.C. Campbell-Rock, editor of the newspaper, San Francisco BayView, a paper based in the African American community of San Francisco, gave an inspiring description of her experiences in Venezuela where she went to attend the World Social Forum.  Accompanying her were Lori Nairne, from Global Women's Strike, who also shared her experiences in Venezuela, and Willie Ratcliff, the publisher of the newspaper and a former activist.  Almost 30 people attended the San Francisco Hands Off Venezuela event, and many of them participated in the lively discussion that followed the presentation.
